Character History: Dr. Wily is the definition of a mad genius, down to his hopes of one day ruling the world. He has attempted and failed to recapture his robot masters that he has created to stop his main nemesis, Megaman, on multiple occasions. His latest group to recapture? The Drastic Measures.
Name: Forte
Debut Epilogue: The Newest Heroes of Megalopolis (Season 1, Ep. 1)
Special Abilities: Charged shots, Advanced agility, Battle Armor (merges with Treble)
Character History: Forte is Dr. Wily's go-to robot for all jobs that might require violent means and his "sidekick". Although he argues and scuffs at most of the doctor's plans, he goes along with it anyways. Forte has battled the Drastic Measures on many occasions, with little success.
Name: Beyonder
Debut Epilogue: Myone's Challenge (Season 1, Ep. 2)
Special Abilities: Reality warping, Advanced science, Immunity to Physics
Character History: A God in his own right, The Beyonder has been watching the team since they were first made. Seeing that they had the potential to destroy the multiverse, he set out to destroy. A Culmination of dark energy given sentient thought and divinity, this dark ruler watches the world from the netherworld. He sees himself as a guardian, but is more of a dark protector. Will Drastic Measures ever be able to defeat him?
Name: Bandersnatch
Debut Epilogue: Positively Frumious (Season 1, Ep. 3)
Special Abilities: Basic magic, Super strength, Shadow manipulation
Character History:A Demonic Entity from the Far Realm. After being beaten by Drastic Measures once, he lost his Far Realm abilities, such as invulnerability to magic, and now takes up residence in the netherworld. May be influenced by The Beyonder to repeatedly attack the Team.
Name: Mad Grinder
Debut Epilogue: Elitist Review (Season 1, Ep. 4)
Special Abilities: Charge, Jump, Blade throw
Character History: The Mad Grinder is a Wily bot that has battled the team on multiple occasions. He's very powerful and could run over the team on a whim, but it's nullified by him being all brawn and no brains.
   Name: Ghosts of Casket Mansion
Debut Epilogue: The Nightmare of Casket Mansion (Season 1, Ep. 5)
Special Abilities: Same as their Drastic Measures counterparts, Going transparent
   Character History: They were evil manifestations of the Drastic Measures members when they first entered Casket Mansion. They were defeated and now the Mansion belongs to the team.
Name: Clippy
Debut Epilogue: Just Like Every Episode of Star Trek (Season 1, Ep. 6)
Special Abilities: Being annoying, Knowledge in most Microsoft programs
Character History:The most annoying invention in the history of Microsoft, Clippy tried to eliminate the team by making a lame attempt at turning them against each other. After his plans were foiled he escaped and hasn't been heard from again...yet.
  Name: Omega Squadron
Debut Epilogue: Vampiric Recession (Season 1, Ep. 7)
Special Abilities: Beta stream!, Omega Blade!, Alpha cannon,! Alpha beta spread shot!
Character History: Trio of Warriors created by Wily. Have the ability to merge into either Alpha Omega or the overwhelming Iota. Alpha and Beta fit into the normal role of a wily bot, while Omega is dangerously genre savy.
   Name: Stardroids
Debut Epilogue: Mystery Stardroid Encounter 3000 (Season 1, Ep. 8)
Special Abilities: Various
Character History: They capture the team after an investigation goes awry. The Stardroids haven't been seen from since. Who knows? They might have made a team or something.
   Name: Evil Dopplegangers
Debut Epilogue: Evil Energy Dopplegangers (Season 1, Ep. 9)
Special    Abilities: Same as their counterparts
Character History: Clones of the Drastic Measures infused with evil energy.They were defeated, but their energy was absorbed by the team's vacuum, now known as Vacuumman.
Name: Vacuumman
Debut Epilogue: Evil Energy Dopplegangers (Season 1, Ep. 9)
Special Abilities: Evil Energy orbs, Wind wave, Suck cannon
Character History: Vacuumman was pretty much created by Metabad while being used as a vacuum to suck up a cloud of Evil Energy left by the Dopplegangers. Soon after, he became a living being and became Metabad's arch nemesis who always dies, earning him the nickname "suckiest villain ever". However, that never stopped him before and ever since then he's developed countless schemes to destroy metabad such as a funhouse of hell
 Name: Heylin Warriors
Debut Epilogue: A Drastic Xiaolin Showdown (Season 1, Ep. 11)
Special Abilities: Building bad robots (Jack), being an annoying evil spirit (Wuya)
Character History: Jack Spicer and Wuya seek the ancient Shen Gong Woo and hope to use them for their evil purposes. After the Shen Gong Woo fall into the hands of the Drastic Measures, they join forces with Dr. Wily to retrieve them.
Name: Devile
Debut Epilogue: Devil's Advocate (Season 1, Ep. 12)
Special Abilities: Energy absorbtion, Mass amounts of Evil Energy, Psychic powers
Character History: Devile is an agent created by the Beyonder that is made to gain power and to carry out his will and was sent out to destroy the Drastic Measures twice so far.
Name: Uwe Boll
Debut Epilogue: The Count of Mr. Boll (Season 1, Ep. 14)
Special Abilities: Making horrible movies, Proving common sense isn't needed for movie production
Character History: Boll is probably the worst movie director and writer known to mankind. Since most of his movies are based on video games he decided to make one about Megaman and cast the Drastic Measures in it. Things get so bad however that the team revolts and a battle starts.

Debut Epilogue: Evil Energy Dopplegangers (Season 1, Ep. 14)
Special Abilities: Zombie summoning (Slater), Skill with fire arms (Baker), Turning into a vampire (Reed)
Character History: Tara Reed, Christian Slater, and Joe Don Baker are three untalented hack actors who no director in their right mind would cast, so naturally they're favorites of Uwe Boll. When the team revolts against Boll during a movie shoot, his actors come to his aid and attack the team, using their various skills.
Name: Mash
Debut Epilogue: An Off Day (Season 1, Ep. 15)
Special Abilities: Bouncing
Character History: A Wily bot sent after the team on occasion.
Name: Zio
Debut Epilogue: From Phantasy to Reality Part 1 (Season 2, Ep. 17)
Special Abilities: Strong black magic, Teleportation, Magic barriers
Character History: Originally a fierce dark magician, Zio rose to power with an alliance with evil entities within the Algo solar system and within time, absorbed their powers. The Drastic Measures were summoned to Algo to stop Zio and succeeded. Before vanishing however, Zio threatened to return for revenge. It is still unseen if he will do so.
Name: Zol Slug
Debut Epilogue: From Phantasy to Reality Part 2 (Season 2, Ep. 18)
Special Abilities: Fusion, Create paralysis
Character History:A slime-type monster found in the Algo solar system. It is defeated in battle by most of Drastic Measures before it can become Metabad's third pet.
Name: Nobody
Debut Epilogue: Dark Twilight (Season 2, Ep. 20)
Special Abilities: Extreme strength, Sharp claws, Flexibility
Character History: A body with no heart. What happens when a very strong individual has their heart stolen. A blight upon existence. They're underlings of the Beyonder.
  Name: Heartless Assortment
Debut Epilogue: Dark Twilight (Season 2, Ep. 20)
Special Abilities: Various
Character History: Dark Menaces searching for hearts, th ey were summoned by Bandersnatch after he was given the ability to by the Beyonder. After being summoned, they attacked the Drastic Measures.
Name: Drew Blood
Debut Epilogue: The Battle (Season 2, Ep. 21)
Special Abilities: Lame tortures
Character History: Drew Blood is a mercenary that was hired by Vacuumman to eliminate Metabad in his funhouse of hell, his death came quicky after some arguably lame tortures by Metabad crushing his lungs with a huge rock. However, he was ressurected through Vacuumman's control panel and continued to pursue Metabad after he escaped his funhouse, he met his end once more on a broken bridge as he fell to his death by being torn apart by Crocodiles.
Name: The Mammoth
Debut Epilogue: Orgot and Pals in: Instinctively Good Times (Season 2, Ep. 22)
Special Abilities: Tusk missiles, Beam saber, Super strength
Character History: Mammoth is a robot built by Dr. Wily that needs an animal to act as its power source to work. The omega Squadron kid-er, elephant-napped Orgot and he was put into the robot. Eventually the Mammoth was deafeated and Orgot was saved.
Name: Old Men
Debut Epilogue: Devile's Return Part 2 (Season 2, Ep. 25)
Special Abilities: Ruthlessness, Old man strength
Character History: They are just senile old men who assault others in order to steal and eat their fruit for unknown reasons, or maybe no reason at all.
 Name: Robotron and Dr. Scientist
Debut Epilogue: LASER CATS EVERYWHERE! (Season 2, Ep. 26)
Special Abilities: Laser cats
Character History: Just two lousy villains found by the Beyonder for purely research. They were just humans in bad costumes.
